Through something really simple, I experience God.

I was rushing back home and,
I was walking from AMK interchange heading to take another bus.
There were 3 buses that I could take- 851, 852 and 853

As I was walking as fast as I could to reach the bus stop, I saw 853 went pass me..
And I went, “Oh no!”
Then as I was waiting at the traffic light, I saw 852 went pass me as well.
And I went, “NO GOD NO!”
Then God spoke to me “My dear girl, don’t worry”
I was amazed and remembered that there’s still one more bus 851.
Then I told God, “Yes I am going to catch the next bus immediately once I reached the bus stop”
And indeed, it happened the way I believed it to be.

I just couldn’t thank God enough for what He has been doing in my life.
I am definitely not worth for Him to do so much for me.
But nothing can really stop Him to love us.

Through this simple encounter, whenever I walked home in the same path, I just got reminded God will always be there for me. He is faithful. He never forsakes us. And He loves us the way we are. That’s the assurance I get from Him

Was listening to the song “We Are The Reason”, and I can’t stop crying.
I am still crying as I am typing this.
The lyrics are just powerful.

Sometimes I really do not know what to do.
It’s not a time to be tired, not a time to give up.
Problems are meant to be solved.
With God’s guidance, I shall settle them in no time.
He puts different circumstances in different phases of our lives to build us up stronger and stronger.
Growing from faith to faith!

Woah. 2008 is coming to an end!
It has been a great year. Through everything, I know I am standing here much stronger for God than before! (:
Past few months, really felt a great breakthrough within. But I know there’s so much more still.
I am glad to be where I am now, but I am certainly not satisfied! I want more!

More and more things are coming in.
God’s hands are upon every single individual of us.
Everything is just moving very fast. Really fast.
I guess we really can’t afford to stop, just got to keep going!! (:

Haven’t been really blogging properly as so many things are just happening. And I do not know where to begin with. Haha..

Last weekend was just simply great!
God is just all powerful! I am just very inspired by the faith Danielle has.

Christmas was just great!

God is always so good!
Seriously, nothing can separate us from God’s love.
Though I can’t really see Him and touch Him, but I just know He is there and so real in my life.
Financially, I am not really doing very well. But God is just always there providing.
Just like how Phil 4:6-7 mentioned…
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Not just financially but in every kind of situation, be anxious of nothing!
Keep praying until something happens, all kinds of stubborn walls are just going to BREAK DOWN!

Being back on ministries, I felt somewhat different.
I am thankful to be able to still support and help.
It’s a privilege that I can serve God with whatever I have.

Last 3 days.

Alright time to do some spring cleaning!

I can’t believe this.
I spent my whole day since morning 9.30am to night 8.30pm typing numbers.
Felt quite unproductive.
But I think I trained my fingers and brain to work together better and I am more comfortable with the number pad on the keyboard.
The atmosphere of the place felt so intense..everyone typing on the keyboard so fast!
I was quite slow initially, but thank God, there’s this lady who taught me how to type faster :D

ANYWAY!
I am officially an AMT(A) Graduate already!
But more than that, I really felt super stretched after that.
Slept only about 3hrs from Monday to Wednesday.
It was a struggle, but it was good training! hahaha (:
Grew stronger spiritually too! (:

Last week also had a power pack livefeed meeting!
Great fellowship in the spirit!
God revealed to me something I have not seen before!
I begin to see even more as I typed the revelation out.
Do not despise the small beginnings, do not despise your youth.
I thank God to be part of the beginning, keeping the foundation strong.
It’s not just going to stop here. It’s going to keep moving!

1 Timothy 4:12-16
12 Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. 13 Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. 14 Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership. 15 Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all. 16 Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. He is just someone that is so pure. Really pure and someone who truly treasures the presence of God so much! (:

God just places little surprises in our lives.
A simple act of love to show that He knows and He cares.
Just now I just went out to head down to Bugis to meet with Valerie.
Then I just randomly met my uncle while walking to the bus stop.
I greeted him, then he just passed me $20 and ask me to go buy food to eat.
God knows and He cares, to the most little details of our lives.

A few things I have learnt and kept on my heart is that, we don’t use people to build church, but people are being built in church! We are here to bring people a step closer to their destiny! (:

Alright, almost 5am.
Gotta go prepare to go out already!

Currently at Peijun’s house.
It was an impromptu stayover. Haha..
Hardly get to stayover at people’s house, so im having much fun now (:
Peijun’s parents are very nice..hahaha keep asking me if I want drinks and biscuits. LOL (:
It’s almost 3am now! Oh man haha

Still skyping at this weird hour with Peijun(who is beside me), Nicholas and Carlo.
I am feeling quite awake, yet tired mentally. hahaha
Need to wake up early in the morning to do something exciting!

I was collating visions from D5 people, it was really cool to see all the visions (:

Worked at SITEX 2008 at Expo these 2 days.
It was great working with Hannah.
As there was nothing much to do, Hannah and I talked about a lot of things! haha (:

Work was rather relaxing..Just a little boring because there wasn’t much to do, but still good (:
When I was helping to give out flyers, the best part was being able to smile at the people and make them smile back! That is the best! :D

Just now after work, I was just so excited to head down to church (:
Feel so energised after that somehow.
Just hanging out with D5 (: I just miss church!
I am still like so awake now, when I was so tired this morning when I woke up.

I have tons to talk about but I will just keep everything short and sweet.
Asia Conference was definitely great! A lot of 4th dimensioning right there! (:
Insulation to Penetration. Simple yet powerful!
Pastor How got ordained as Reverend! Significant moment! (:

God is just cool.
He can even speak to me through games. HAHA
I just got a free new hp and there’s this game I have been playing, City Bloxx.
God spoke to me a verse through the game. How cool is that man

Malachi 3:10
Bring all the tithes into the storehouse,
That there may be food in My house,
And try Me now in this,”
Says the LORD of hosts,

“ If I will not open for you the windows of heaven
And pour out for you such blessing
That there will not be room enough to receive it.

God given me illustration of this verse through the game.
I feel greater faith to give more now!
God is truly the Provider, and I do not have to worry.
Looking at things in God’s perspective, brings me much faith!

At this very point of time, I am not exactly sure where God is going to bring me to.
Preparation. Foundation. Faith. Expansion
No matter what happens, just got to keep my focus on the right things!

Have been meeting a lot of different kind of people.
Really interesting to just hang out with people (:
I see God doing something in my cousins’ lives. I was just amazed.

This post is just not of any focus.

Rules and Regulations

1) I sleep without fan or air-con. Sometimes even with the windows closed (Electricity bills very expensive -.-)

2) I get stomachaches when I eat or drink sweet stuff in the morning.

3) Ulcers seem to like me a lot. I get ulcers very often, especially when I was Sec 4. Right now, I have 6 ulcers a few days ago. 3 are almost healed.. left 3 of them now. I think there’s a new one now -.-

4) My sentences are punctuated with laughter when I talk. Hahahahahaha! And people likes to make fun of my laughter, I don’t know why.

5) The shoes I wear get spoilt very easily. I just wore a new shoe for the first day, and it broke at the end of the day.

6) I prefer taking MRT to taking bus. (Partly because I am using MRT concession now. Haha)

7) I have big toenails, like my dad. Haha!

8) I can finish up milo within seconds, even before others even start to drink it. When I was young, everyone tells me that I always finish drinking the milk very fast too.

9) I had a bad vomit overnight once after breathing in the polluted air by the smoker near me.

10) I like to eat beehoon (: HAHAHAHAHA I can eat a lot of it and still not sick of it LOL

About 7 weeks more to the end of 2008!
Past few weeks has been great, awesome, everything good! HAHA

Just came back from church!
Strike It weekend is just so exciting man!
Whole church auditorium was being turned into a street soccer court!
And captain’s ball going on just beside!
The sight of it is just, WOAH!
Beyond hype and excitement, I was very touched by the sight.
I mean where to find a place, where youths are totally enjoying themselves with Play Stations, Wii, Xbox, Street soccer, captain’s ball, then as I turn around, I see smiling faces of the adults/parents, enjoying themselves too!
I think I can only see this in Heart of God Church man!

In the world, people just despised the youth.
When adults see youths having a lot of fun, making a lot of noise, they will just think that it’s probably another group of trouble makers or people who has nothing better to do.
And it just seems so hard to bridge the generation gap!

In Heart of God Church, we know whatever we do has a greater purpose.
Pastors believe in the youths, and that’s how we grow to where we are today!
Radical young Christians doing great things for God!
I am just so thankful to be able to do what I am doing now.
I really treasure it and I learn to treasure even more now!
It’s a great privilege to be able to be living in people’s dream..
And my deepest desire is to see many more people experience what I have experienced!

It’s beyond good.
It’s like if I have tasted a nice plate of chicken rice, I would tell others how great the chicken rice would be. (sry if i made you hungry =X)
I have experience God, I know He is good, so I would want to tell others about God too!
But at the end of the day, it’s still the individuals who make their own decision whether to take the step of faith to accept Jesus into their lives (:

Whenever I see my parents, there are things that I really wished they will start to understand when I explain to them.
I think I need to see them in God’s perspective and also having more wisdom when talking to them.
Yes, one day we will be able to talk about spiritual things together as a family! It will come to pass! AMEN!

Today both Pastor How and Pastor Lia shared about similar things in Zone F service and Main service.
Maturity DOES NOT come with age, but maturity comes with the acceptance of responsibility
I was once so immature with my thoughts, the way I live my life.
I need to grow to be more responsible with the things in my life!
Being a 19 years old, doesn’t mean I am mature.
So much areas that I still change and grow in.
I need to be responsible of my sins.
I need to be responsible of all the decisions I made in life.
I need to be responsible of the things God placed in my life.
I just need to be more responsible in every single area of my life.

I was at PGSM preview with Premy and her friends last night.
It was good! I also got the opportunity to see how Pastor talked to the people.
Just by observing, I learn a lot from Pastor and also the leaders there (:

So much more to be said man.
This season, D5 has been just growing and growing.
God is just moving so powerfully!
One and a half months more.
I believe greater miracles are going to happen!

Another great day coming ahead!
Got to keep going..keep going..cannot stop!

Had a horrible time in the late morning just now.
But everything is in God’s control, in good control now (:
There are many things beyond our control, we just got to trust in God.

Anyway, saw the names of new friends coming for Nick Vujicic!
It’s gonna be great! My dear friends you gotta come with me!!!!! HAHA…

Went for Powerhouse this morning!
Very good man! Presence of God is so thick even though I was standing at the back at the media area (:
BREAKTHROUGH BREAKTHROUGH BREAKTHROUGH!

After that went to Val’s house, because she needs to look for her ez-link card.
Then when we reached her house, her ez-link card was lying on the table! LOL
God is good! (:

After that headed down to SP.
It was a very fruitful trip! SP is seriously very big! LOL
Miraculously, with Holy Spirit’s guidance, Valerie and I manage to find our way to meet Wenyi!
Met Wenyi, passed her a card, and talked to her a bit, then after about 5-10mins, she gotta go for her lessons! (:
Then later we met Wilfrid!! So long since we last met him!
Bought Hersey’s for him! HAHA!
Then talked with him like almost 1 hour.
By then Sharyl and Ryan was having break too.
Then Val, Sharyl, Wilfrid and I was chatting (standing up).
And he is coming for Nick Vujicic on Wednesday! :D
God is just amazing! HEH! Also get to know a few of Sharyl’s classmates!
Funny people man! hahaha..

WOAH! I am seriously excited man! :D

I lost my voice.
I think I sound like a crow when I laugh man HAHAHAHAHA!
Maybe not, but I sound very horrible now. I sound so “man” now.
Nevermind, I have faith my voice will be back by tomorrow! XD

It has been a very interesting week.
I crashed 3 schools!
NYJC, TP and NP!
My next target is SP haha!
It’s quite fun crashing schools and meet up with people! :D

Tuesday a group of us met up and went to give John a surprise!
There were Valerie, Yiwen, Peifen, Sharyl, Jasmine, Peijun and myself!
He was very surprised when he saw us! :D
After that, we bus down to Singpost! I went to church for orchestra while the rest went to Shirley’s house to give her a birthday surprise! :D

Then Wednesday went down to Mazu with Valerie, Yiwen, Peifen and Nicholas.
I wasn’t cutting my hair, so I was just there taking photos (:

Yiwen and me very sad because we did not cut our hair at Mazu. HAHAHA!
Next time! (:

Thursday head down to TP to meet Moo’s friend!
On the way, met quite a number of familiar faces!
Met Linjia! And also get to know Jesslyn and the other friends like Ashraf, Gabriel,…
And then when the rest reached, we celebrated Linjia’s birthday! haha
I think he was just too shocked to give any expression.. haha (:
Then head down to church for orchestra.
And at night went to Bishan to have BBQ!

Friday went down to NP with Valerie, Peijun and Nicholas to meet Hupsong!
Then went to watch movie with Valerie, Jan and Zhenghui.
Watched Sing to the Dawn…and it’s really not very nice to watch.
I fell asleep through the movie..and woke up when it was near the ending -.-

Has been a great week meeting up with people.
While Jieru was away at London, I felt something different in D5.
Everyone begins to take ownership of the CG, and it feels good to be doing life together! (:
More than a team, we are a family, we are a body of Christ!
And we are about our Father’s business! (:
I have really learnt much things from Valerie too as I hang out more with her (:

If you ask me what keeps me smiling everyday despite of many problems, it’s the joy of the Lord that surpasses all understanding that gave me the strength within.
If you ever know me when I was younger(I am still young haha!), I used to give a gloomy face most of the time.
There is really a lot more to life, if you have yet to see it, you really got to start searching for it.
Look for it, and one day you would find the answer.

Even just knowing the answer is not enough, you got to experience it yourself.
I have experience God, and I know God is good.
Others can say what they want to say, but my convictions will never change.
Nothing can affect my relationship with God.
God never forsake us, even when sometimes we just feel so horrible about ourselves, when we just want to give up.
He is just there, always there.
We just got to look up, and we shall see the Light.

Every single day, it’s just great!
For good or for bad, I trust in God, because I know He is good.
As one day draws to an end, I thank God for everything that has happened.
When a new day begins, I look forward to the things that are going to happen.

This week is going to be great!
